My go to affirmation is “This too shall pass” that cliché saying is one that has grown on me especially throughout the years of 2017-2020 . Understanding life in different ways has become extremely challenging for me as a Young Latina woman. Allowing myself to explore , feel & challenge myself has been the best gift I can give myself .
